The Valuers Registration Board considers grievances of any member of the public who is aggrieved by the conduct of a valuer.

The Board, at its meeting on Tuesday, 14 February 2012 adopted the following as the procedures for:-
• dealing with a complaint received by the Board;
• the appointment of an investigator to gather evidence in relation to a complaint; and
• taking of disciplinary proceedings
